coe-fac: Regalia for Commencement Pick Up

Hello,
If you ordered regalia through the Duck Store for commencement, it is now available for pick up in HEDCO 130.  After commencement is over, you may return the regalia to the Duck Store, or bring it down to HEDCO 130 and we'll take it over for you.
