coe-fac: Faculty Attending Graduation

Hello,
Graduation is just a few weeks away and we're finalizing our details for the ceremony.  Below is the list of faculty I currently have participating in commencement.  Please take a look at the list to see if I have your information correct and send me changes by Wednesday, May 31.

1)      If you aren't on the list and plan on being there, let me know so I can make sure we have enough seats for the faculty

2)      If there is nothing in the 'ordered regalia' column, then the Duck Store doesn't have an order for you as of today.  If you need to order rental regalia (paid for by the COE) do so here as soon as you can:  http://www.uoduckstore.com/regalia-rental-form

3)      I have noted who will be hooding our PhD and DEd students.  Please let me know if I've got that wrong.

If your information is correct, you need do nothing but come and enjoy commencement.  Regalia will be delivered to HEDCO 130 the week of June 12th and I'll let you know when it can be picked up.  I'll also provide additional information to the platform party, hooding faculty and everyone else that week.  Let me know if you have questions before then.
