coe-fac: Faculty Guidelines for Commencement

Hello,
Here are some guidelines for those who are participating in our commencement ceremony.  Please read through them and let me know if you have any questions.  I'll be doing a short presentation at the staff meeting tomorrow, so feel free to ask questions there as well.
Below is a list of all the faculty I believe are participating in commencement.  If you plan on taking part in the pomp and circumstance and are not on the list, send me an email to let me know.  A special thanks to Samantha Shune and Jeff Woodbury for volunteering to be our name readers this year.  I'll be providing the two of you additional information later today.
