coe-fac: Are you attending Commencement?

Hello,
Our COE Commencement is fast approaching on Monday, June 13th from 3-5 pm in the Matthew Knight Arena.  Below is the list of faculty who have ordered regalia from the Duck Store, so I'm assuming all those below are attending.  I have also added members of the platform party and those who are hooding students.  If you are not on the list and plan on attending, could you please let me know?  I need a rough count so I can make sure there are enough chairs for faculty seating and so I can send you updates on commencement if necessary.  Just reply to this email to let me know.  If everything is fine, no reply is necessary.

Those with a "Yes" in the first column have ordered regalia from the Duck Store.  If that column is blank and you need regalia, please let me know right away as we are past the cut-off date for ordering.  Regalia will be delivered to the HEDCO office the week of June 6 and we'll let you know when it has arrived.  For those who ordered regalia for both commencement and President Schill's investiture, they just want you to keep the same set of regalia to use for both ceremonies.
