Good morning LEARN members,

We wanted to flag for you that the Department has taken the next step with their Title II Teacher Preparation regulations by transmitting them to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for final review.  No additional information the content of the regulations is publicly available at this time, but this transmittal likely means they are on track to publishing a final rule by or near the end of this month (October).  Please let us know if you have any questions.
