coe-fac: COE Travel Awards Update

Additional funding has been made available to the COE Travel Awards program, giving us the opportunity to provide more awards and open the application process to a broader pool of students.  Any doctoral student traveling to a professional conference with the express purpose of presenting a poster/paper may now apply.
