Dear COE Faculty:
The instructional NTTF workload policy committee has sent a draft policy to the dean and after he gives his feedback to the committee on January 16th, it will be rolled out to the faculty on January 21st.
Please make time on your calendars now to review this document. A Qualtrics site will be set up to receive your written comments.
The committee will hold one college-wide meeting to discuss and answer questions about it on Friday, January 23rd, 9-10 am in Hedco 230T. An executive summary is attached. After this meeting, your comments will be considered for incorporation into the document before it returns to the dean for final COE approval. It will then be sent to Academic Affairs for final approval. This policy will guide determination of workload FTE for all instructional NTTF (not research) in the college.
