CDS-Connection: equitable recruitment and admission practices in speech-language pathology degree programs

I wanted to send out one last email to remind you to take part in my survey before it closes on Wednesday. I appreciate every single participant!



As I shared in my previous email, my name is Amanda Brown and I am researching equitable admissions processes for EBP project. As part of my research, I am conducting a survey of current and recent students enrolled in a Master's level communication and sciences disorders degree program in the state of Oregon. The survey will gather information on what factors influence entry into the field of speech-language pathology and what resources and barriers exist in the admissions and recruitment processes. Information gathered from the survey will be used to offer recommendations to Oregon universities that offer speech-language pathology degrees on how to create more equitable recruitment and admission practices.
