cash: Change to TUC secure drop box hours

[Campus Cash Handlers]

Effective immediately, the business hours for the departmental deposit drop box at the Thompson's University Center first floor elevator lobby have been extended to Tuesdays and Fridays, 8:00 AM to 1:00PM.
