CAS Task Force Survey #4

As the CAS Task Force<https://provost.uoregon.edu/task-force-structure-college-arts-and-sciences> will soon conclude its analysis of the costs and benefits to making structural changes to CAS, they have asked us to send you the final of four surveys they are conducting.

The fourth survey will be open through Monday, May 13, 2019 at 8:00 am and addresses the question "What additional solutions - apart from structure - may help enhance advantages or mitigate disadvantages?" Note that each survey begins with the same questions as prior surveys. The specific questions for this survey will follow after affiliation questions.
