Buyers: Order Address Reminder

Hello Campus Partners:
Ensure you get your orders on time and in the right location! Our friends at Mailing Services have provided this helpful resource for your address needs.
All shipping and mailing addresses must contain minimum information:
Ordering Department Name (not a support unit i.e., ASU#, CBSO, CAS).
UO mailing address or physical building address.
Correct postal code (UO mailing address vs. physical building address).
When using your UO assigned address (#### University of Oregon) the postal code is 97403 and the 4-digit suffix is not necessary. When using your department's physical building address, the zip code may be different. Please view this list of university addresses and their corresponding physical addresses<https://fass.uoregon.edu/uo-addresses>. Scroll to the right to see the postal code for your building's physical address.
Amazon orders:
Use the physical building address for Amazon orders. Be sure to include the department name in the second address line. Finding a building on campus is often faster than attempting to find a person.

Duck Depot orders:
Only UO physical building addresses are loaded into Duck Depot for selection. To aid in delivery, use the "ATTN:" field to specify the person who should receive the shipment and "Loc. In Bldg:" field to indicate where in the building the shipment should be delivered.  Also please note your department name on the address so that if USPS is delivering, they can aid Mail Services with the delivery of items.
