buyers: Extended Processing Times

Dear Campus:
Purchasing & Contracting Services recently experienced an uptick in submissions. In addition, we have lost one of our Contracts Officers who left to pursue an opportunity as corporate counsel in the private sector. We wish her the best of luck!
Campus partners who work with Purchasing and Contracting Services may see extended processing times over the coming months due to these transitions.
Please provide PCS as much advanced notice of your purchasing and contracting needs as possible during this period.
Although we understand that some matters are not known until the last minute, rush processing is the exception and is not guaranteed.
PCS would like to thank all departments for your cooperation during this transitional period.
