Exciting News!  The State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services has put together a new IT Hardware Value Added Reseller (HVAR) Price Agreement #5603 replacing separate hardware price agreements such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.  ORCPP members (including UO) have access to this new price agreement but are not required to use it.

This new price agreement is a one stop shopping for all your computer hardware, peripheral, and accessory needs.

CDW Government, Inc. has created an unique webpage for the University of Oregon (UO) at www.cdwg.com/uoregon<http://www.cdwg.com/uoregon> for campus to utilize this agreement.

For Dell Products, please obtain an e-quote through Dell Premier.  Campus can forward the e-quote directly to CDW-G to obtain a CDW-G quote reflecting PA #5603 pricing or send the e-quote to purchaseorder at uoregon.edu<mailto:purchaseorder at uoregon.edu> in order for our office to deal directly with CDW-G on your behalf.  Please follow Purchasing and Contracting Services guidelines and procedures to complete your purchase.
