"TONER SCAM" "TONER SCAM" "TONER SCAM"

Several Phone Calls / Several Emails
THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!
Have you received any Calls or Emails:          "WATCH OUT" [cid:image003.jpg at 01D0E3ED.1A5C8650]

The person(s) who calls may act professional and will ask several questions, their approach is very familiar and may even confuse you. They seem to know what they are doing. Below are some of the things they may say or attempt to do:

1.     Their telephone number comes up as an "UNKNOWN" number on caller ID
2.     Caller only gives a first name
3.     Caller says he has a toner/print cartage for a desk top unit (no brand/no number)
4.     Caller will not provide a call back number when requested.
5.     Caller pressures staff member to approve a delivery to our address.
6.     Caller will not ID a company name.
7.     Caller says he is just in customer service and wants to verify the order for approval.
8.     Caller did not take "I did not order toner or print cartages that have not been delivered" I had to hang up to end the conversation.
