buyers: Level 2 Contracting Authority Reminder

Good Morning Campus,

Purchasing and Contracting Services would like to remind everyone about the parameters of Level 2 Contracting Authority (L2CA).

Employees that have the authority to exercise L2CA, have this authority only over the department(s) specified on their Department Approval Authorization (DAA) form. Individuals with L2CA cannot approve and complete contracts for other departments.

Before exercising your L2CA, please verify the 3rd and 5th Level Organization Numbers listed on your DAA form.
