buyers: Offsite Storage Facility Agreements

Good morning:

Please remember that any rental agreements related to the University's use of offsite storage facilities for any purpose need to be submitted to Purchasing and Contracting Services (PCS) for review and processing.  These types of agreements are not included in either L1SA or L2SA delegated authority.

As with all other types of contracts, please submit such rental agreements and any related documentation, together with a completed PCS Intake Sheet, to contract at uoregon.edu<mailto:contract at uoregon.edu> for review.
