buyers: URGENT - Scam with Toner Pirate Companies

Dear Buyers:

Purchasing and Contracting Services (PCS) wanted to pass along this guideline from the State of Oregon Procurement Services regarding companies "selling" toner cartridges.

Most leased photocopiers on campus are supplied with free replacement toner cartridges from the vendor.

Please keep this in mind when receiving cold calls from representatives selling toner cartridges.
