Subject:                        Requesting Input Regarding PC Suppliers Performance


Several States will be meeting next week in Minnesota to perform an annual "Performance Review" with the PC Suppliers awarded under the WSCA Master Agreement. As Oregon's Contract Administrator for the PC Contracts I'm representing "Your" interests. I'm requesting some input form you regarding the contracts you utilize. Please provide me with either good or bad performance on the part of the PC suppliers. I have attached current list of Oregon Suppliers.

Please send your input (EXAMPLES: delivery issues, communication, response time, etc) either good or bad to me via email so I can collect them and discuss them with the suppliers during the interview process next week. I have obtained some input but want to allow all my customers the opportunity to supply me with input. Please respond to me by Monday March 4, 2013 5PM. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
