Dear Campus:

As of February 15, 2013, the Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Goods and Services, and Procurement Services (DAS EGS-PS), has announced there are new price agreements available for Multifunctional Copiers and related software.

Please keep these price agreements in mind when leasing copiers for your department.  The price agreement spreadsheet on the Purchasing and Contracting Services (PCS) website will be updated within the next month listing these new copier price agreements.

The vendors should be presenting the new price agreements going forward.  Please contact the vendors or PCS if you have specific questions or concerns.

Message:  The Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Goods and Services, Procurement Services DAS EGS-PS has established four replacements Price Agreements (PA) for Multifunctional Copiers and Related Software.

Effective immediately the four PA's listed below are the new Price Agreements:


*       2591 Ricoh Americas Corporation,

*       2592 Canon USA Inc.,

*       2593 Sharp Electric Corporation,

*       2594 Xerox Corporation,

As the current PA's (listed below) will be replaced by the four above.


*       8612 Pacific Office Automation, Inc. expiring 3/25/2013,

*       8615 Xerox Corporation expiring 3/25/2013,

*       8616 Oce North America, Inc. expiring 3/25/2013,

*       8617 Ikon Office Solutions Western Corporation expiring 3/25/2013 and

*       8618 Ricoh Americas Corporation expiring 3/25/2013.
