<span style="color:black">to inform University of Oregon personnel that we will be processing the following year-end accrual</span><span style="color:#1F497D">

</span><span style="color:black">entries related to FY21 transactions in Concur:</span><span style="color:black"> </span></p>

<ul style="margin-bottom:0in">

<li>All outstanding Pcard activity through the June 2021 billing cycle. Additionally, the Pcard posting on 7/1/21 will be reversed in FY22 and posted to FY21. This is FY21 activity that is not included in the primary accrual entry. </li></ul>

<ul style="margin-bottom:0in">

<li>FY21 travel activity outstanding as of June 30<sup>th</sup>. Travel expense for trips that crossed fiscal years will be prorated between the years based on the travel dates. </li></ul>

<p class="x_MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">The accrual entry data will be pulled after business hours on July 8<sup>th</sup> and the entries will be made the following week, prior to the July 16<sup>th</sup> departmental Banner

 lockout for FY21. <b>Please work to assign any outstanding One card and Lodge card activity to expense reports in Concur<span style="color:#1F497D">

</span>as soon as possible, and submit reports for FY21 travel.</b> </p>
