<p style="font-size:11pt; font-family:Calibri,sans-serif; margin:0">Documents that are incomplete or disapproved when period 12 is closed must have a June 2020 transaction date re-entered to allow the document to be completed and posted to period 14. The incomplete

 document’s existing June transaction date is associated with a closed period. Therefore, it must be updated to associate it with FY20, period 14.</p>
