Dear Buyers,
We are experiencing some problems receiving shipments at closed locations on campus given our remote work posture.
When placing orders make sure your vendor's "Ship To" address is a location on campus that is accurate and open to receive it. To add or update the vendor "Ship To" locations in Banner, email Stuart Mellor in BAO, Smellor at uoregon.edu<mailto:Smellor at uoregon.edu>.
Please add special handling instructions to the Banner PO document text such as contact phone numbers and receiving hours. Check the print text box so that the instructions print on the PO.
When ordering things on Duck Depot for on-campus delivery please verify ahead of time that the receiving location is staffed and can receive the items ordered. To add a new on-campus Ship To address in Duck Depot email John Beeson in PCS, jgbeeson at uoregon.edu<mailto:jgbeeson at uoregon.edu>.
PCard can be used to order work related things for on-campus or home office delivery provided certain provisions are met. If the item is to be delivered to a home office address please load in Concur an additional receipt image for that expense line, with the reason for off-campus delivery (COVID-19). This will satisfy a PCS review or Internal Audit that home delivery was warranted and approved by the department card custodian and budget authority.
