Good morning,

The Business Affairs Office (BAO) Financial Services Department would like to notify campus departments we will be closing fiscal period 09 (March) at 5:00pm on Friday, April 5th. Plan accordingly if you have month end processes that need to be completed by that time.

To facilitate quarter-end processing, departmental users will be locked out of Banner FIS transaction input at 1:00pm on Friday, April 5th. This includes access to process invoices and journal vouchers. Documents that need to be posted to fiscal period 09 must be completed before this deadline.

As of 3:00pm access to approve documents will be suspended. Documents posting to fiscal period 09 need to be approved before this deadline.

Departmental users will still have Banner FIS inquiry access during the lock-out time.
