Banner Departmental Lock Out 1:00pm Tuesday 1/08/19

Good afternoon,

The Business Affairs Office (BAO) Financial Services Department would like to notify campus departments we will be closing fiscal period 06 (December) at 5:00pm on Tuesday, January 8th.  Plan accordingly if you have month end processes that need to be completed by that time.

To facilitate quarter-end processing, departmental users will be locked out of Banner FIS transaction input at 1:00pm on Tuesday, January 8th. This includes access to process invoices and journal vouchers.  Documents that need to be posted to fiscal period 06 must be completed before this deadline.

As of 3:00pm access to approve documents will be suspended.  Documents posting to fiscal period 06 need to be approved before this deadline.

Departmental users will still have Banner FIS inquiry access during the lock-out time.
