*IMPORTANT REMINDER*

New Mobile Technology Access and Payment Option Request  (MTAPOR) forms are required  by July 1st for employees that are receiving monthly mobile technology reimbursements in fiscal year 19. The new rates for fiscal year 19 listed below are effective 7/1/2018.

Tier 1 = $21.50/month-Low or infrequent use
Tier 2 = $43.00/month-Routine use
Tier 3 = $77.40/month-High or frequent use

Note that these dollar amounts are the maximum payment amount for each tier.  A reimbursement can  be any amount up to the maximum for the applicable tier.
