Travel Account Codes Changes

Good morning,

The Business Affairs Office (BAO) Financial Services and Travel Department would like to remind University of Oregon (UO) personnel of fiscal year 2018 changes made to travel expense account codes.

In response to requests from across campus to make accounting for travel easier and prepare for implementing Concur, new travel account codes were created and others eliminated. The list and definitions of the new codes may be found in the Business Affairs Office News sent June 27, 2017 titled New Travel Account Codes<http://lists-prod.uoregon.edu/pipermail/bao-news/2017/000577.html> .

Fiscal Year 2018 budgets and expenses have been moved to the new account codes. If you need assistance with any further changes please contact us.

If you are posting any documents, please do not use the old account code series 39400 through 39699.
