Banner Interruptions June 30th After 5:00 p.m.

Good morning,

As part of year-end closing procedures the Business Affairs Office and Information Services will be creating snapshots of various Banner tables. The process will start Friday, June 30th at 5:00 p.m. and complete by noon on Saturday, July 1st.

If you are in Banner when the snapshot process begins, your session may be terminated and you will need to log back in. Additionally, during the snapshot the following forms and processes will be unavailable:


*         Banner Invoices

*         Banner JVs

*         DuckWeb Travel

*         Appworx jobs that post to students accounts receivable (these jobs need to be rescheduled if set to run during this timeframe)
