UO Bookstore/Duck Store invoice payments:

Dear Campus,

The UO Bookstore has sent out their new monthly statements.  Currently the statements do not provide your unique customer number, but they are working with their software provider to have this feature added as soon as possible.  Please take a look at the attached list, which contains the unique number that has been assigned to departments on campus.  If you need your customer number to be expanded to accommodate additional areas within your department, or want to condense what is currently on the list, please email jsgates at uoregon.edu<mailto:jsgates at uoregon.edu>.  The Bookstore has also asked their software provider to use a comment box to add the name of the purchaser and index information that will be added to each transaction on the monthly statement.


1.       When entering your monthly payment for your statement, please use your UO Bookstore customer number that has been assigned to your department, followed by a space, and then the month in three character format immediately followed by the year (example: CUXXXX JUL2016).  You can locate your customer number on the attached list or on one of the customer receipts given at the time of purchase.  All customer copies of receipts for purchases made by authorized employees should be turned into your department.  It is important to have the receipts to reconcile with your department's monthly statement.  Your Banner vendor invoice entry should look like the format shown below.
