Announcing - UO Purchasing Portal (UOP2)

Hello <Budget Managers/Buyers/BAO>,

April 12th is the launch of the UO Purchasing Portal (formerly the UO Vendor Registration Portal). The new automated intake and tracking system will eliminate duplicative data entry for PCS customers and allow real-time tracking and reporting.

To date,  more than 100 people have attended training sessions to learn about the new UO Purchasing Portal and ensure a smooth transition next week.

If you have not yet signed up for a session, I encourage you to visit the Human Resources ODT website to sign up for a training at: odt.uoregon.edu.  You can find all the course availabilities if you use the 'Course Search' feature located under 'Course Listing and Registration' and search keyword "portal".
