Scheduled sessions for Budget 101 are now in the Organizational Development and Training system - this course is available to anyone with an interest or need to know about budgeting at the University of Oregon.
Topics include:  What are Responsibility Units (RUs)? What are FOAPAL elements and how do they relate to budgeting? What are Funds and Fund Groups? What does 'Fiscal Year' mean? What is Carryforward and how does it relate to the budget?
This session will provide you with an understanding of budgeting at the University.  We will cover general budgeting information, budgeting for sources and uses, and answer your questions about budgeting at the University.
