Announcing New Electronic Signature Service

A team led by Business Affairs recently launched a new site that routes forms by email for signature using Duck ID.
The FIS/HRIS User Profile form is the first of many university paper forms converted to use this service.
If you saved the old PDF version of the FIS/HRIS User Profile please discard it and immediately begin using the new one at,

*         Courtesy eMail notification when your document is signed
