The University of Oregon seeks applications for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Auditor.  Duties will include confidential and administrative support to the Chief Auditor and staff auditors, preparation of human resource and fiscal transactions using Banner, and coordination of the operational functions of the Office of Internal Audit.

Required qualifications include:  Minimum of two years of experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent. Qualified candidates will have strong technical skills, including spreadsheets, database management and web maintenance. Candidate will also have demonstrated strong oral and written communications skills, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Qualified candidates will also have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently. Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field of study and to candidates with experience using FIS and HRIS within the UO Banner system.

The anticipated beginning salary range is between $35,000 and $40,000, commensurate with experience.  The university offers an excellent package of employee benefits.
