Campus Lock Out

[Business Affairs Office News]

Good afternoon,

The Business Affairs Office (BAO) Financial Services Department would like to remind campus departments that Banner FIS users will be locked out of FIS transaction input for FY14 as of 5:00pm Tuesday, July 15th. This includes but is not limited to, invoices, journal vouchers, and DuckWeb for travel invoices.

Please make every effort to post FY14 period 14 transactions before then. If you will be unable to complete your document by this deadline, please contact the appropriate department (BAO, SPS, or BRP) so we can facilitate finishing necessary FY14 transactions.

All Banner FIS users will continue to have query access to FY14 after the lock out.
