This notice is being sent to make you aware of some rescheduling that needed to occur with a few of the training classes for April 2014.   The changes are listed below, and are also noted in the Training Schedule table (included in the initial March 3rd email below) in red text.


1.       Travel Policy:  Rescheduled from Monday, April 7th (from 8:30-12:00) to Wednesday, April 16th (from 1:30-5:00)

2.       Travel Forms:  Rescheduled from Tuesday, April 8th (from 8:30-12:00) to Thursday, April 17th (from 1:30-5:00)

3.       HRIS Overview:    Rescheduled from Tuesday, April 15th (from 1:30-5:00) to Monday, April 7th  (from 1:30-5:00)

4.       HRIS Time Entry:  Rescheduled from Wednesday, April 16th (from 1:30-5:00) to Tuesday, April 8th (from 8:30-12:00)

To All:
This notice is being sent to announce the Banner FIS and HRIS Training classes being offered by the Business Affairs Office in April 2014.      Please note that all new FIS/HRIS/AR Banner users must complete the Introduction to Banner Online Course (available in Blackboard) in order to become eligible for further Banner FIS/HRIS/AR training.    Employees will use their Duck ID and password to log into Blackboard and can manage their Duck ID account at:   https://duckid.uoregon.edu/login.jsp.    Please contact Susan Peterson, 6-2387, (susanp at uoregon.edu<mailto:susanp at uoregon.edu>) to enroll in the Introduction to Banner Online Course.
