Period 6 Close and FIS User Lock Out

Good Afternoon,

We are going to close fiscal period 06 at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 8th.  If you have month end processes that need to be done by that time, please plan accordingly.

To facilitate quarter-end processing, FIS departmental users will be locked out of Banner FIS transaction input as of 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 7th.  This includes access to process Banner FIS invoices and journal vouchers as well as DuckWeb for travel invoices.  Please complete any documents that need to be posted to December before these deadlines.

Banner FIS approvers will be locked out of Banner FIS approval queues as of 3:00 p.m.  Documents will not be approved after that time.  Please approve any documents that need to be posted to December before this deadline.

Note:  Departmental users will still have Banner FIS inquiry access during this lock out time.  The above-mentioned access will be reinstated after the period closes.
