Reporting of Gifts in Kind (Non-Cash Gifts)

Good Morning,

Campus departments that have received gifts of goods or services during FY13 from outside sources,
including items purchased by the UO Foundation, are responsible for reporting those items to the
Business Affairs Office.  Examples include:  scientific equipment, computers, musical instruments, etc.
These items are to be reported on the UO Report of Gift On-Line form.

The UO Report of Gift On-Line form can be located on the Business Affairs website at:

http://ba.uoregon.edu/webform/report-of-gift

Please forward your completed forms to the Business Affairs Office by Monday, July 8th, so that the
entries can be recorded in period 12.  If the forms are received after that date and before July 23rd,
the entries will be recorded in period 14.
