FIS/HRIS April 2013 Training Schedule

'Introduction to Banner' is an on-line course offered in Blackboard, the University's course management software.   New FIS/HRIS/AR Banner users must complete this course to become eligible for further Banner FIS/HRIS/AR training.  Employees will use their Duck ID and password to log into blackboard and can manage their Duck ID account at:

All FIS Banner users must have Banner access two (2) days before the FIS Accounting Queries class and know their current Banner password.

FIS Encumbrance			Fri, 12 APR 13, 1:30 - 4 PM
FIS Departmental Deposit Forms 	Wed, 17 APR 13, 1:30 - 3 PM
FIS Accounts Payable Policy 		Tue, 30 APR 13, 10 PM - Noon
        
HRIS Overview			Mon, 15 APR 13, 1:30 - 5 PM (Prerequisite to other HRIS training)
HRIS Time Entry			Tue, 16 APR 13, 9 AM - Noon
