ACCESS RESTRICTED TO BANNER FIS FOR QUARTERLY CLOSE

Good afternoon,

We are going to close fiscal period 03 at 8:00 a.m., on Friday, October 5th.
If you have month-end processes that need to be completed by that time,
please plan accordingly.

To facilitate quarter-end processing, FIS users will be locked out of banner FIS
transaction input as of 1:00 p.m., Thursday, October 4th.    This includes FIS invoices,
journal vouchers, and DuckWeb for travel invoices.  Please complete any documents
that need to be posted to September before these deadlines.

Banner FIS approvers will be locked out of Banner FIS approval queues as of
3:00 p.m., Thursday, October 4th.  Documents will not be approved after that time.
Please approve any documents that need to be posted to September before this
deadline.

NOTE:  You will still have Banner FIS inquiry access during this lock out time.
The above-mentioned access will be reinstated after the period closes.
