Sent on behalf of Vice President Jamie Moffitt

Colleagues:

As many of you know, Brian Smith is going to be leaving the University of Oregon next month to take on the role of Assistant Vice Chancellor and Chief Operating Officer at UCSD Medical School. While this is a tremendous opportunity for Brian, we are sad to see him leave. The position that he filled as Chief of Staff in my office is a critical one and we are going to be immediately launching an internal search for his replacement. If you could please forward the following job description to anyone who you think might be interested in the position, I would appreciate it. The posting can be found at: http://jobs.uoregon.edu/unclassified.php?id=4050.

Best,

Jamie
