UO Discounted Lodging Agreement Program

Dear Campus,

Purchasing and Contracting Services (PCS) in coordination with the UO Travel Office is pleased to announce we have established multiple Price Agreements with local and commonly used hotels.  Hotels participating in this program offer at least one rate that is within the OUS per diem and have agreed to UO terms and conditions.

These Price Agreements establish discount pricing for UO business travel and greatly streamline the contracting process.  To use a hotel under one of the Price Agreements, a department may simply issue a Purchase Order (PO) with the reservation details outlined on the PO including a reference to the Hotel's UO Price Agreement.  No other contract documents will need to be signed for hotel reservations.

Departments making a reservation should check the terms of the applicable Price Agreement for any restrictions and contact the Hotel directly for confirmation of availability.  Please refer to the PCS website Price Agreements list for details of the participating hotels - http://pcs.uoregon.edu/content/available-price-agreements.  You may also request a copy of a Hotel Price Agreement to review the complete details of their offerings and restrictions.
