Period 12 Close

Good Afternoon,

We are going to close fiscal period 12 at 5:00 p.m., on Monday, July 9th.

Please process all documents that need to post to period 12 by that time, and be sure
to allow time for any necessary approvals.  Documents with a June transaction date
that are caught in approvals after period 12 is closed will be automatically disapproved and will
need to be resubmitted with the appropriate transaction date.  June transactions will
still be allowed to post to fiscal year 12 during period 14.

If you are responsible for approving documents, please check your queues by 3:00 p.m.,
Monday, July 9th, so that all completed documents receive the necessary approvals
and post to period 12.
