Completing FY26 Documents After Fiscal Period 12 Close

Good morning,

The Business Affairs Financial Services Department would like to remind University of Oregon personnel about re-dating incomplete FY26 documents after period 12 close.

Documents that are incomplete or disapproved when period 12 is closed must have a June 2026 transaction date re-entered to allow the document to be completed and posted to period 14. The incomplete document's existing June transaction date is associated with a closed period. Therefore, it must be updated to associate it with FY26, period 14.
