Holiday Check Run Schedule

Hello everyone,

Below you will find a revised check run schedule for the upcoming holidays in the next two months.   Except for the holiday schedule outlined, all other check runs will be processed as usual, on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Please share this information with everyone on your Team or in your department, since not everyone is signed up for these BA-News emails.   This information will also be posted on the AP Website.

Tuesday November 11, 2025        No Check Run

Tuesday November 25, 2025        Regular Check Run (ACH, SUA & Paper checks)   Any checks requested for pick up must be picked up by 4:00pm

Wednesday November 26, 2025     ACH & SUA Check Run Only  (No paper checks will be issued)  Direct deposits will be posted to accounts on Friday 11/28, due to the bank holiday 11/27
                               
Thursday November 27, 2025       No Check Run

Tuesday December 23, 2025        Regular Check Run (ACH, SUA & Paper checks)  Any checks requested for pick up must be picked up by 4:00pm

Wednesday December 24, 2025      ACH & SUA Check Run only (No paper checks will be issued)  Direct deposits will be posted to accounts on Friday 12/26, due to the bank holiday 12/25

Thursday December 25, 2025       No Check Run

Tuesday December 30, 2025        Regular Check Run  (ACH, SUA & paper checks)  Any checks requested for pick up must be picked up by 2:00pm

Wednesday December 31, 2025      ACH & SUA Check Run only (No paper checks will be issued)  Direct deposits will be posted to accounts on Friday 1/2/26, due to the bank holiday 1/1/26
