Banner Interruptions June 30th

Good afternoon,

As part of year-end closing procedures Business Affairs and Information Services will be creating snapshots of various Banner tables. The process will begin Monday, June 30th at 5:00pm and complete by 8:00am on Tuesday, July 1st.

If you are in Banner when the snapshot process begins, your session may be terminated and you will need to log back in. Additionally, during the snapshot the following forms and processes will be unavailable:


*         Banner Invoices

*         Banner JVs

*         Appworx jobs that post to students accounts receivable (these jobs need to be rescheduled if set to run during this timeframe)
