FY25 Banner Departmental Lock-Out Wednesday, July 16th

Good morning,

The Business Affairs Financial Services Department would like to remind campus departments that Banner FIS users will be locked out of FY25 FIS transaction input as of 5:00 pm Wednesday, July 16th. This includes but is not limited to, invoices and journal vouchers.

Please make every effort to post FY25 transactions before then. If you will be unable to complete your document by this deadline, please contact the appropriate department (BAO, SPS, or BRP) so we can facilitate the completion of remaining transactions.

Banner FIS users will still have query access to FY25 and can continue to input transactions to FY26.
