<div dir="ltr"><div><div><b><br>New Aljamiado Reading Course at the Warburg Institute. </b><b> <br></b>We will be meeting on Mondays from 4.15 to 7.10 pm, from 13
October until 3 November 2014, at the Warburg Institute in the Room 1.
Participation is free.

<br>Within its historical and cultural context, we will learn to read
the Aljamiado texts, which are manuscripts copied by the Moriscos in the
16th-17th century and written in Spanish in Arabic script. To better
understand these texts, we will look at some aspects of codicology.
