Dear all,

As part of the ERC project "Medieval Appetites: food plants in 
multicultural Iberia (500-1100 CE)" (MEDAPP), led by Leonor 
Peña-Chocarro, an online specialisation course has been organised for 
next September entitled "The supply of armies in the Middle Ages and its 
effects on the rural and urban population". It will be directed by 
Maribel Fierro and Leonor Peña-Chocarro, with my co-direction and the 
participation of ten specialists in medieval warfare, archaeology and 
food crises.

The sessions will take place between 22 and 26 September, from 4 p.m. to 
7 p.m. (Spanish time zone). Details of the course can be found in the 
links and attached files. We hope you find it interesting and would be 
grateful if you could spread the information.
