I am thrilled to announce an upcoming conference focusing on the role of
translation and multilingualism in the premodern Islamic world(s). The
conference will be held in person from November 15th to 16th, 2024, at the
Institute of Islamic Studies, Freie Universität Berlin, Germany. You can

a Word file (500 words, including references) and a short biography that
includes affiliations and publications (150 words) to Hany Rashwan (
hrashwan at uaeu.ac.ae) by July 15, 2024, at the latest. Accommodation and
travel costs for invited speakers will be covered, subject to available
funds.
