Just out an important new publication by professor Pedro Chalmeta: 

Historia socioeconomica de Alandalus (desde la conquista hasta el final del
califato). 

Title translated to English:

The socioeconomic history of Alandalus (from the conquest to the end of the
caliphate).

It's a dense and erudite work of 788 pages, with ample illustrations of
coinage, seals, weights and multiple graphs. Very well and elegantly edited
by the Fundacion Ibn Tufayl de Estudios Arabes, Almeria, 2021
